  • While all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, Verdigris Ensemble is pleased to offer ticket exchanges for another performance date, subject to availability. Please contact us at sam@verdigrismusic.org to exchange your ticket.

  • We offer student discounts with a valid ID and group pricing for 10+ attendees. You can select both of these as options during the ticket check out process.

  • Late seating may be available during applause breaks in the program. Please check the event information or ticket for late seating options. If it is an option, you will be asked to wait in the lobby and seated at the discretion of the box office or house management.

  • Verdigris Ensemble encourages patrons to express their personal style in a comfortable yet fashionable manner, embracing a hip and cool aesthetic that reflects our open and inclusive atmosphere.

  • While Verdigris Ensemble concerts are not specifically programmed for children, they are generally appropriate for audience members aged 14 and older. We recommend that parents use their discretion when considering bringing younger children to our performances.

  • As Verdigris Ensemble performs at various locations throughout the season, parking availability and policies differ for each venue. We recommend checking the specific venue's website for the most up-to-date parking information prior to attending the concert.

  • Most Verdigris Ensemble performances run approximately 60 to 80 minutes without an intermission. In the rare event that an intermission is included, this information will be clearly stated on the specific concert's description page on our website.

  • Verdigris Ensemble typically provides printed programs, but we also utilize QR codes for some content and occasionally for the full program. We encourage all patrons to come prepared to scan QR codes with their smartphones, and we're happy to offer assistance with digital access as needed.
